Xi Jinping: Enhancing governing capacity with a global perspective

When attending a CELAP symposium on leadership education on September 27, 2010, Xi Jinping, the then Vice President of China, said that CELAP shall be built into an international, contemporary and innovative institution, and step up its efforts to conduct training on the latest theoretical achievements in Marxism, on new experiences and best practices of reform, opening-up, and socialist modernization drive. CELAP shall be more innovative in helping participants develop a global perspective and enhancing their governing capacity.
