On Sep. 11, Vice President Wang Jinding and Mr. Fan Yu, President of IBM Corporation China attended the signing ceremony of MOU in International Communication Center of CELAP. Prof. He Lisheng, Director-General of Dept. of Academics, and Mr. Lin Jinxin, President of Institute of e-Government of IBM China, signed the MOU.

 

“During the first phase of our cooperation, CELAP and IBM China co-built the Smart City lab for teaching demonstration. The lab proved to be an effective example for promoting integrated, high-efficient, and sustainable city development. We are looking forward to more fruitful results in the years that followed,” said Wang Jinding.

 

Based on the MOU, CELAP and IBM China will extend the function of Smart City Lab and cooperate on curriculum development.
