On March 1st, Mr. Wang Jinding, Vice President of CELAP, met with Mr. Bruno Bezard，General Director of the DGFiP, accompanied by Laurent Martin, Economic Consul of French Consulate General in Shanghai. Liu Genfa, DDG the Department of International Exchange and Program Developmentalso joined the meeting.
Prof. Wang Jinding first expressed appreciation to Mr. Bruno Bezard for giving a lecture at CELAP. He pointed out that CELAP was to further enhance its teaching and research and maximize the potential of international cooperation by giving full play to international lecturers who understand both international rules and Chinese situation. Mr. Bezard said that he valued the opportunity to exchange with CELAP experts and participants and he was willing to share France’s experience in SOE reform and innovation policy to facilitate cooperation between two countries.
On the occasion of attending G20 Meeting of Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors, Mr. Bezard visited CELAP and delivered a lecture entitled “Government Participation and Corporate Governance Innovation in France” for “Program on Enhancing Innovation Capacity of Enterprises (1st Cohort)”. Mr. Bezard graduated from École nationale d'administration and is a long-serving official in French economic and financial departments. This background gives him great insight and hands-on experience of SOE reform in developed countries. |
